We know our room tariffs are very competitive for our class within the Chester and Hoole area, therefore our rates vary between; £25.00 - £40.00 per person per night depending on requirements and availability. (Please be advised that prices attract a suppliment which is the norm for major events, i.e. Chester races etc) prices can be tailored from en-suite to standard with or without a full English breakfast and vice versa.

Our rates are monitored and are periodically adjusted to represent good value for money. Please be advised that non-refundable deposits will be required for all bookings.

Large Party Bookings

We are one of the few B&B’s, Guest Houses and/or Hotels in the area that will accept large party bookings, (we count large parties as 4 guests and above), we therefore have a policy in place which enables both us and the group/s to have a trouble free memorable stay, please ask for details.

What we offer you for breakfast:

Cereals, preserves, Tea, Coffee juices and toast, a full English option, vegetarian and continental breakfasts are available on request prior to booking or by arrangement on same day arrival.

Parking

Off-road car parking in our area, (Hoole) is both busy and hard to come by however we offer our guests a large secure off road car park with 24 Hr recorded CCTV coverage (see picture) with an abundance of spaces for all our guests, customers are advised that vehicle owners must be responsible for their vehicles, valuables and property left on and off the car park.

Evening Meals

Due to a vast choice of venues in the surrounding area, we do not provide dinner in the evening, however there are a large number of excellent restaurants in the city centre, quality public houses, bars and multinational takeaway restaurants are only a moment's walk from Devonia Lodge.
